Pam Loh (Jd), attorney

Pamela Loh (she/her) is an attorney with broad experience representing clients in immigration, therapeutic, dependency, and juvenile matters. Additionally, her experience as a domestic violence prosecutor provides insight on how survivors of crime navigate criminal systems.

Pam is committed to sharing her knowledge and experience through educating and serving her communities. She has served as a national trainer for therapeutic courts and presented at immigration, criminal, employment, and diversity CLEs. Her community service reflects a dedication to empowering youth, families, and bridging cultural gaps. Pam has served as a board member for several organizations including the Lan Su Chinese Garden, Clark County YWCA, and currently serves as a board member for Educational Opportunities for Children and Families (EOCF). She has also served as co-chair of the Oregon Minority Lawyers Association. In 2012 she was honored by the Washington Women Lawyers as Chapter Member of the Year.

As a child of immigrants, Pam grew up witnessing the challenges immigrants face as they seek to establish new lives within the U.S. She also has experienced life as a military kid, adapting to a new country or city every few years. These experiences inform her approach to helping her clients find stability and feed into her love of travel and cooking.
